This scholarship was created to advance educational opportunities for African American students in underserved Dallas, TX minority communities. As part of our efforts to support this goal, we have the annual L.D. Williams scholarship program. We are excited to be able to associate the program with Progressive Baptist Church to reach students with plans of post-high school academic and career goals.
